Information About You That We Collect

When Marketing & Advertising Advisors Leave Digi Craft
Marketing & Advertising advisors may change firms and nonpublic personal information collected by your marketing & advertising advisor may be received or taken by your marketing & advertising advisor to the new firm so that he or she can continue to service your account(s) at the new firm. If you do not want your marketing & advertising advisor to utilize and/or transfer this information to another firm, please contact 877-305-3444 to opt out of this information sharing. If your primary address is in an "opt-in" state (such as California and Vermont), which requires your affirmative consent to share your nonpublic information with the marketing & advertising advisor's new firm, then you must give your written consent before Digi Craft will allow your marketing & advertising advisor to take your nonpublic information with him or her. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting 877-305-3444.

How We Protect Your Confidential Information
Digi Craft has policies that restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees, associates and others who have need for that information to help us run our business, manage your accounts, market or provide marketing & advertising alternatives or services to you, or to employees, associates and others who assist those who help us run our business, manage your accounts, or market or provide marketing & advertising alternatives or services to you. Additionally, we maintain physical, electronic, contractual and procedural safeguards to protect your nonpublic personal information.

Visitors may browse the Digi Craft website to learn about our many services, get marketing & advertising information and find marketing & advertising opportunities without giving any personal information. Any information collected on this site is used only to find the needed information and is not kept in any format. For example, the ZIP code entered for the Office Locator system is used only to locate the closest Digi Craft offices. Personal information is only made available when site visitors volunteer it, through our Contact Us page, to request that a Digi Craft marketing & advertising advisor contact them. This information is sent to the marketing & advertising advisor through e-mail and is not collected in any other format.

Website visitor information (with respect to non-clients) is collected with the use of computer IP addresses on an aggregate, anonymous basis, in which no personal information is associated with the data. This data is gathered through the use of web server log files where site activity is stored. The information is used to help diagnose problems with our server, measure the use of our website content and to administer our website. None of the information gathered by the web server is associated with a site visitor as an individual. Although this contains no personal information other than the IP address, it may be used to track down an individual who is attacking or misusing our resources. We do store information regarding actions taken by clients when they access their client accounts. This information may be provided to the client's marketing & advertising advisor and to other Digi Craft employees who provide services or products to the client.

Digi Craft offers online services via the Digi Craft Client System to its client base. To protect our client information, users are required to log in using a unique user name and password. Digi Craft uses encryption technology to secure client data as it is being transferred between computers and also has implemented a combination of computer hardware and software to keep unauthorized users from accessing information on Digi Craft's computer network.
